David House is presently occupied by IPS LAW.

This is a self contained 3 storey building. With limited parking in Hale Village and a lack of good office space, David House is only a one minute walk  from Ashley Road (main shopping street) and a 2 minute walk from the Hale Railway Station. It has its own private car park with parking spaces for at least 8 cars at the front of the building.
